Our store is open 24/7 however the Freeman family will be on vacation from 8/5/11 thru 8/13/11. Overnight and 2nd day air shipping options have been removed from the system until our return. All orders received between 8/5/11 and 8/13/11 will be processed the week of 8/14/11.

We ship most orders through the USPS as well as by UPS. Overseas and FPO orders are be shipped by The US Post Office. Tracking is available for UPS shipments see Tracking (see right column) but is not available for USPO shipments. Priority Mail is available for $6.99 per order up to $50 and then $8.99 for all orders over $50. First Class Mail shipping, processing and hanldling costs begin at $1.99 for smaller orders. Common Shipping Delays

  • The most common shipping delay results from errors in shipping addresses. Please make sure that the shipping address is filled-in correctly in the order confirmation you received via email. If it is incorrect, please contact us immediately.
  • UPS does not pick-up on weekends, therefore orders made on weekends will be shipped out on Mondays. Exceptions to this rule are holidays. Example: An order placed on Saturday for UPS Next Day Air will arrive on Tuesday at the earliest
  • If you've ordered a product from us within the last 24 hours, the product may not have processed yet or UPS has not picked-up the product yet from our warehouse. This is common when orders are made on weekends or holidays.

Track Your Shipment.

Unfortunately, meaningful tracking is not yet available from the US Postal Service. If your shipment is coming by UPS you can track your order using the tracking info included in your order confirmation e-mail.

Shipping Questions:

  • You'll get an email from us letting you know when your order is shipped UPS.
  • All Overnight orders must be received by 0900 CST in order to be shipped the same day. Any order recevied after 0900 will be processed the next business day. Exceptions may be made by calling our staff.
  • You can click the link above to track your package.
  • If you did not get an email from us, there may be several reasons:
    • The item/s you purchased is/are backordered.
    • You may have entered your email address incorrectly on the order form.
